Mr Robot season 3 episode 10 is the season finale and brings the plot threads together. Elliot and Mr Robot finally team up after not communicating for most of the 3rd season, and we see that Whiterose has been in control since the beginning. We learn that Phillip Price is Angela’s biological father and he breaks the news that the Dark Army had been using her.
The season finale of Mr Robot season 3 marks a return to its original form for some fans, but may not be satisfying for everyone. There are some steps back in Elliot decrypting the files from the five/nine hack, and he seems to be happy about this. On the other hand it is hard to see exactly where Sam Esmail will be taking us in season 4 of Mr Robot.
The stories for may of the Mr Robot characters are unclear. We see Whiterose’s assistant Grant’s demise, and Santiago’s ending. We see FBI agent Dom Dipero turned to the Dark Army by Irving who says he’s leaving for vacation. What will happen with Angela, Darlene, and Phillip Price remains a mystery, and the only thing we know for sure is that Elliot and Mr Robot seem to be united. In the post credits scene we also learn that Fernando Vera will be making an appearance in season 4.
Whether you loved the season 3 finale of Mr Robot or hated it, it’s hard not to be interested in where things will go. Will Elliot go to war with Whiterose? Whose side will Dom be on? How do you see the series moving on from here?
