MY FIRST VEGAN FRIDGE & PANTRY (tour)🌱🥫🍞🥦 small, realistic, somewhat organized?

This is a typical example of how mine & my (also vegan) roommate's fridge & pantry look on the third month of living together! It might be somewhat underwhelming (lol), but I wanted it to be somewhat more realistic rather than trying to make sure the kitchen is overstocked with a bunch of stuff or wait till I have everything perfectly organized to film this. This is pretty much what it looks like on a regular basis. BTW, we share most foods, but also have some items that are specifically our own (in case anyone was wondering). I hope you enjoyed!

I was thinking it was a vegan recipe, but no lol I had veganized it & forgot.
I used sweetened condensed coconut milk, oat milk, & Earth Balance vegan butter as substitutes in the recipe.

Oysters are not a plant-based food so they are technically not vegan, but there are many things that vegans consume or use that are not technically vegan, but by weighing consequences we decide it's okay (i.e., vaccines or medicine being tested on animals). The main explanation for why a vegan would eat them though is that they don't have a central nervous system. I know it is controversial and many vegans will disagree about whether or not to eat them, but they do have health benefits, mainly omega-3's (DHA) which is hard to get naturally elsewhere as a vegan. It's something I don't have a fully set stance on either way, but I can definitely understand the reasoning for a vegan to eat them. Hope that makes sense!!
By putting them in my video, I’m not trying to promote them or saying we should all start eating them but it would feel disingenuous to take them out of the pantry for the vid to avoid the conversation, you know?
