How to Manually Update WordPress Themes?

In this WordPress tutorial, we will guide you on how to update your WordPress theme manually. To update the theme files, you can either use cPanel or FTP, but in this video, we will use a free plugin that can give you access to your WordPress files.

To get started, first, install and activate the File Manager Plugin. This will give you access to all your website files. Then go to the wp-content - themes folder and back up your active theme (zip it and download it to your PC). Also, download the theme settings and other custom codes that have been used on your site. Then simply upload the latest theme; please note that this theme must be the same as the one you are currently using and not a different one.

Finally, upload the theme settings and add all your custom codes. Then check your website. If everything is done correctly, you should have the latest version of your theme installed manually. Thank you very much.
