It seems like there’s a lot to worry about these days.

For some of us, it causes us to spin up into our heads and into a very “iffy” imaginary future. The more we sit in worry, the louder and more scary that future can seem.

Even if you’re used to holding your center pretty well, with all of the uncertainty around us, we can still slip into worry, sometimes without even realizing it.

During this YouTube Live happening on Tuesday, November 21, at 6:30 pm PT, our topic will be Flipping Worry on Its Head – How to Use It Constructively.

Similar to most of my previous YT live sessions, I'll be speaking on this topic, taking some questions live, and offering a live Group Frequency Calibration® to help you feel more aligned, centered, and complete.

As always, my focus is to work with the mastermind that gathers, to benefit the whole, so I will not be giving individual work, but rather answering questions that I feel will serve the whole at this pivotal time.
