I wanted to replace the OEM exhaust, and from doing a lot of homework (as there's lots of options out there), I chose the Milltek cat back non-res. Not only does it make it sound so much better than stock (the note is cleaner and more 'sonorous'), there is a notable difference in the pull through the gears (10% increase in bhp), even when bumbling around there's a deeper burble without the drone you get with others. It definitely puts an even bigger smile on your face :)

This is for my Audi S5 b8.5 2015 supercharged CREC 3.0 supercharged
