Grohmann #2 Trout & Bird Knife - Filleting Fish

After a successful fishing trip to a local lake I get another chance to test out the Grohmann #2 knife.

All though a true filleting knife would have been easier, this knife is more than just a fish knife.

I'm looking forward to testing it later in the year on a grouse hunting trip but I'm really liking this knife for its intended purpose.
