Schoolmaster, Icabod Crane has taken an interest in his student, Katrina Van Tassel. Broom Bones, the village hunk wants to put an end to that relationship. On Halloween night, the ghost of a headless Hessian soldier chases Icabod out of town! Legend says that the ghost can’t cross the town’s river, and the next day, Icabod was gone, but his hat was found by a smashed pumpkin on the other side of the bridge! Brom and Katrina get married and it is rumored that Icabod Crane was seen alive and well in Manhattan!
