Arbogast Hula Popper Topwater Fishing for Largemouth Bass Around Shallow Grass

The weather is warming up and the grass growing tall. I think the Hula Popper (or any popper) lure is great to use around shallow cover/grass because I can keep in my desires target and the strike zone for a much longer time.
