•සීනි, තේ හැදි 1 | Sugar, 1 Tsp
•තල ඇට, ස්වල්පයක් | Sesame Seeds, A little
•සුදු ළූනු, මේස හැදි 1 (සිහින්ව කපාගත්) | Garlic, 1 Tbsp (Finely Chopped)
•ළූනු කොල, මේස හැදි 1 (සිහින්ව කපාගත්) | Spring Onion, 1 Tbsp (Finely Chopped)
•තෙල්, මේස හැදි 3-4 | Oil, 3-4 Tbsp
•කෑලි මිරිස්, තේ හැදි ½ | Chili Flakes, ½ Tsp
•මිරිස් කුඩු, තේ හැදි 1 ½ | Chili Powder, 1 ½ Tsp
