Our Final Days On The Norfolk Broads

Oulton Broad was amazing, but it was time to leave and cruise The Broad back to where we started. But before we left we went for a walk to Lake Lothing and read the history.

Lake Lothing is a saltwater lake located in Lowestoft in the English county of Suffolk. The lake, which is believed to be the remnant of medieval peat cutting, flows into the North Sea and forms part of the Port of Lowestoft.

They say that Lowerstoft is the first place you see the sun rise, but the sunset was also stunning, we took advantage of it and had our dinner on the top deck.

On the morning we were leaving Chris saw the resident seal right in front of him eating a fish, and he followed us out.
