Greek Lemon Potatoes

Greek Style Lemon Potatoes
Preheat oven 425-450 degrees depending on how roasted you want.

2.5lbs potatoes yukon or russet
1/2 yellow onion
4-5 garlic cloves
1 lemon zest
1-2 juice of lemon
1tbsp oregano
1/2-1tsp salt
1-2 tsp “chicken powder” 🤣
1tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard
1/2cup olive oil
2cups water

I baked at 425 for about 1.5hours but increased to 450 for 10 minutes to get a bit of roast. If you want darker than mine, roast at 450 for 1.5 hours or so. #potatoes #lemonpotatoes #dgbaking #greekfood
