Rahul Dev gets emotional while talking about raising son alone, talks about Mugdha Godse

Model-actor Rahul Dev has talked about the difficulties he faced as a single father and his relationship with Mugdha Godse. During his recent interview, an emotional Rahul Dev opened up about raising his son Siddharth Dev alone, after the death of his wife Rina in 2009. Rahul revealed how he would 'lose cool' while trying to be 'both mom and dad' and said, 'Parenting is not easy at all. Women have a big hand in raising children, the way they understand children, probably because it comes out of them. The kind of patience they have for children, I tried a lot, but there were times when I would lose my cool, my frame of mind. I had to try to be both mom and dad.' He added further, 'It's very painful. A lot of it I don't want to remember. A lot of it I would not wish on anyone, that kind of situation. It looks easy in films'. On being asked about his relationship with actor Mugdha, Rahul said, 'It's a 14 year gap. I have crossed 50 and she is to cross 40. I sometimes felt it was unfair.'
