If you’re new to my channel, my name is Aaron Chavez - I’m a startup and small business consultant focused on business & financial strategy and operations improvement. I don't come from a fancy background and have grinded my way into my current work where I spend my time advising startups (idea stage to Series A), in addition to working on my own businesses / investments.

To date, I’ve had the chance to mentor +1,000 founders personally, launch multiple successful startup accelerators, support 2 exits, and accomplish numerous other achievements that don’t fit well here. I’m here to share lessons learned on my self-made and has a primary focus on building successful companies quickly and without waste (both time and money). A quick summary on how I got here…

21 yrs old: Graduated Arizona State University in 2016 with an honors degree in finance, took a job in NYC as an investment banker.
25 yrs old: Left my investment banking job to start a business, spent the next 6 months testing and learning, moved from NYC to Miami.
26 yrs old: 5 months into consulting business when the country shuts down, focus on rebuilding.
27 yrs old: Pure grind working with clients to validate and improve offering, many for free or very low cash, plus led education development for accelerator program at The Alan B. Levan | NSU Broward Center of Innovation.
28 yrs old: First signs of momentum as client case studies develop - ideas validated, successful capital raises, sales growth, etc.
29 yrs old: More momentum with clients and new opportunity development, co-created largest startup accelerator in Florida - the Built In Miami Accelerator Program in partnership with Chris Daniels and the City of Miami.
+30 yrs old: Continuing to work on a portfolio of clients as well as personal projects, taking first steps into consistently sharing lessons learned / opinions online with the goal of helping other founders to progress.
