I approached the intersection, she suddenly jumps in my lane and strikes my car.
No turn signal, not checking mirrors, and not checking her blind spots.

I roll my window down and ask if she’s okay but, she immediately starts yelling profanities, blaming me for ‘crashing into her’.

I ask her to pull over, she proceeds to drive two blocks at a high speed. I chased her down. Thankfully she ends up parking at a hotel parking lot. Sketchy. I called the police (She seemed intoxicated) but after waiting an hour, we decided to let the insurance handle the situation.

The next day, her insurance contacted me, saying they were blaming me for the incident. I told them I will gladly be disputing the claim. (They were not aware of my Dashcam footage at this moment)

I filed a counter claim against her with the collision video. Her insurance did not accept the video. Reason being, the video quality was poor (her insurance did not enhance the resolution)

At this point, I went to seek legal help. They took in my video, picture of the damages and emails from her insurance.

After some time, they sorted it out and I was able to repair the damages she caused.
