Kuro Service Menu, Temporary Pulse Meter Reset and ABL Boosting guide

DO NOT RESET 60 INCH KUROS
DO NOT RAISE ABL ABOVE 200

do not make the pulse meter reset permanent until you've thoroughly confirmed that #1 it didn't increase artifacts/misfires #2 it's an improvement #3 you were not able to get the same results only by tweaking voltages
