The world's biggest tropical rainforest hides lots of scary mysteries. We will uncover some of the most mysterious and amazing facts about amazon forest in hindi.
1) Walking Palm Tree - The walking palm or cashapona, is a palm native to rainforests in tropical Central and South America. It can grow to 25 metres in height, with a stem diameter of up to 16 cm, but is more typically 15–20 m tall and 12 cm in diameter.
2) Aliens in The Amazon - An unidentified object has been spotted on satellite deep in the Amazon rainforest, which viewers have deemed evidence of an alien spaceship . The strange object appears to be hidden within the trees, but is just visible on satellite imagery. In 2011, two British tourists visiting Brazil’s Mamaus region accidentally captured a picture of what appears to be an extraterrestrial being.
3) Silkhenge Mystery - In August 2013, Troy Alexander was visiting Tambopata National Reserve in Peru. He found, under a tarpaulin, a tiny bit of silk in a circular pattern one inch wide. Searching around, he found three more. He posted a picture on Reddit asking for help identifying it. No information was forthcoming, as this turned out to be a completely unknown phenomenon. His discovery acquired the name "silkhenge" because of its similarity to Stonehenge.
4) Mysterious balls of Amazon - Hundreds of these large stone spheres are scattered across the Amazon jungle and are thought to have been constructed by prehistoric humans. For years, they have baffled scientists and archaeologists as to why they are there and how they were built. The spheres range up to 2.4 meters (8 ft) in diameter and are almost perfectly round. It has been suggested that they were built for religious purposes.
5) Maricoxi - The Maricoxi are essentially the sasquatches of South America. They are reported to be huge, ape-like beings that can stand up to 3.7 meters (12 ft) tall. Although they appear primitive, they’re said to be fairly intelligent, wielding bows and arrows and even living in villages.
6) Lost City of Z - The Lost City of Z is the name given by Col. Percy Harrison Fawcett, a British surveyor, to an indigenous city that he believed had existed in the jungle of the Mato Grosso state of Brazil. Based on early histories of South America and his own explorations of the Amazon River region, Fawcett theorized that a complex civilization once existed there, and that isolated ruins may have survived.
