With a poverty level of over 40%, and unemployment at 175% higher than the national average, things are not looking good. These hoods are rough, with violent crime and thefts being higher than the national average as well. EC has a crime index of 14, which means 86% of cities in America are safer. This Rust Belt City has seen industrial decline since the 1950's causing the population to go from over 40,000 people to down to 13,586 in 2023 with no end in sight.
