I just installed 3 anti-collision digital chips, left change, right change, and double change tracks without a problem from Carrera Slots.com. I followed the instructions for installation. Now here where I ran into a problem. Okay the LED lights worked, set up the detection zone and all worked okay. Next installed the modified lane changes into the layout and made the isolation gap per the instruction. I removed the rail prong per a video I saw on Utube by Slot Car Mayhem-Quick Tips Episode 05, Track, Clips, and Ghost Cars. Well, I made the section zone just before the lane change track, ran a few ghost cars, and had collisions all over the place. Chips not working, and I was lost for a solution until after 4 days trying to figure out what I did wrong. Re-read the instructions part on making the isolation gap, and it dawned on me I just made these gaps to close the end of the lane change track. Moved the gaps one track section forward, now all is good. I immediately ran 4 ghosts for 100 laps and no collisions. Also made a power tap. Just wanted to share my experiences in dealing with the installation of the chips
