for those who confusing with your monitor. here its.
75Hz - using 1/2 refresh rate then cap fps to 37.5 in rtss
90Hz - using 1/3 refresh rate then cap fps to 30 in rtss
100Hz - using 1/3 refresh rate then cap fps to 33.3 in rtss
120Hz - using 1/2 refresh rate then cap fps to 30 in rtss
144hz - just watch the vid.

timestamp :
in game settings - turn off vsync, limiter framerate, and turn on MB : 0:26
rtss setting - adding a game : 0:40
nvidiaProfileInspector - turn off any gsnyc and set a vertical sync method : 0:50
rtss setting - capping the frame rate : 1:40
for 60hz monitor owner : 1:50
result : 2:10

req:
turn off vsync and framerate limiter in game
turn on motion blur in game
