This is my unboxing video of two vintage German technical drawing tool sets made by Richter.
What is interesting about the two sets is the fact that they bouth have a unique inventory number and they were owned by a Roumanian research institute called: ICPRP - Institutul de Cercetări și Proiectări tehnologice pentru Rafinării și instalații petrochimice Ploiești (The Institute of Research and Technological Designs for Refineries and petrochemical installations Ploiești).
