These stuffed pork chops are marinated and grilled to perfection. It is common knowledge that pork is a meat loves dream. If you have ever tried stuffed chops, you will know the method of preparation, marinate, and cut of meat used are superb.

They are a type of Cuban style chops I tried during a visit to to the island in 2018. They have been part of my menu ever since. I have to admit that they are a bit of extra work but they are well worth it. I think what really makes the recipe is the mojo.
