Metabolic Sculpt for Peri Women Workout #1 is a 25 minute perimenopause workout that is hormone friendly, self paced, and designed for women over 40 who want to boost metabolism, build lean muscle, and feel energized without crashing 💗

This is not a “go hard” HIIT workout. This is the Sculpt Pace Method, which means you rest when you need to. Smart pacing supports better recovery, steadier energy, and consistent results, especially during perimenopause and menopause.

Workout format
25 minutes total
20 minute work block using 45 seconds work and a quick 10 second transition to the next move
5 moves, 4 rounds
Finish with Sculpt Score, a 5 minute steady state cool down, no equipment

You’ll also see modification video clips throughout so you can choose a low impact option when needed. This is a home workout you can do with bodyweight or dumbbells, depending on your level.
