From first glance this is a really nice bag. It is stylish, it is quite striking actually. It also feels like a crossover, more like a hand bag, but has the straps to be used a back back. It is having an identity crisis. I do not necessarily think this is a bad thing, it gives it some uniqueness.

Another misconception, this is Not a leather bag. It is made from man made fabrics, it has a sheen to it. I will say, the bag itself feels not badly made, it seems sturdy.

The embellishments and zippers are its major short comings. This is being touted as a backpack for girls. If any young lady was to use this for say school, there is no way the zippers or zip pulls are going to hold up to regular use.

I held the two sides of the zipper together as the zipper is heavy and stiff, I was careful when I started to zip it closed and the zip pull fell off in my hand. Sure it can be reattached, but it is just going to come off again. It needs something sturdier on there. Imagine a young person in a hurry trying to close this.

I am definitely going to run a stick of bees wax over the zippers to help them a long a little.

The inside is fully lined and really quite roomy, I do believe it would soften up a bit with use, it is a bag I would use every day as my run around bag, even though is it technically a back pack. From appearances, it is really that nice.

A few upgrades and this could be a really stellar bag to own.
