2004 Big Dog Chopper with 107" S&S engine, vance and hines exhaust and cheap high flow air cleaner. After the owner installed the pipes and air cleaner the bike developed a cough through the intake on acceleration. After doing some research online I realized the pipes and air cleaner created a lean condition in the transition between pilot and main jet . This transition is fueled by the air bleed inside the float bowl. I didn't want to wait to order jets so I drilled them out. Thanks for watching.
