Story:
Scamp runs away from home after seeing a mysterious stray dog running by his neighborhood, and after scamp finally finds him in a junkyard he tells the stray about how horrible his life at home was. The stray named buster noticed the puppy’s similarities to an old friend of his, and when his suspicions are confirmed the next day when scamp’s father tramp goes to the streets to find his son, he decides to manipulate scamp into hating tramp. His reason for doing so was that a long time ago buster and tramp used to be trouble making partners. But one time when they were being chased by a dog trapper, tramp left buster on his own to get captured. After buster managed to escape, he spotted tramp with another dog, buster tracked them down to talk to tramp, and after an argument, buster left tramp for what seemed like forever. Buster was convinced that his manipulation worked on scamp so he attacked tramp right in front of him, and then proceeded to throw away his collar. Scamp argued with him when they got back to the junkyard, and in a fit of rage buster hit scamp causing him to faint meanwhile buster has a mental breakdown.
