Use a UART on PS5 to diagnose SB also demonstrate the 3 Beep no function NOR corruption its a start

Its early days with the UART as most data is locked or encrypted but this will show if the SB is working could save you wasting time (ps watch video to end to find the easy way to connect UART to the PS5)
