Here is our Advance SC500 scrubber 20R, 20" (REV) version removing floor finish with only water (no stripper chemical needed). It definitely saves time, labor, and money when you need to strip and re-coat your floors...

No chemical/soap was used to clean the floors during this training.

This unit is simple to use, clean, and maintain. No tools needed. It has a lever to lower your squeegee in the back (where it sucks up the dirty stuff!!!)...which means, less to go wrong and better overall cost of ownership. Very quiet unit, too...has a quiet mode...both modes are well under 70dBA (which is the certified level for daytime cleaning).
