Class begins with a foot warm-up and spinal warm-up, followed by a 35-minute cardiovascular movement routine. Class winds down with some functional strength and spinal flexions, extensions, and rotations. Let's also discuss self-worth while we're moving together, because, why not? Happy 2023!

EQUIPMENT: A yoga mat (optional) and a yoga block (thick book or small, firm pillow.)

The willPower method (also known as Cardio Yoga) was developed by Stacey Lei Krauss in 1999 and continues to serve as a rhythmic, dynamic, repetitive movement practice for people of all ages and abilities. The class is tiered in levels one, two and three and the benefits of the program go beyond just the physical body.
