In this video, we go over the important speed tiers for the Regulation H format. These are numbers that you have to learn by heart and are key when teambuilding and creating EV spreads. If you know your speed tiers you can visualize how a turn is supposed to play out in your head and this can affect the way you carry out said turn if you don't want a Pokemon to get KO'd. In terms of EV investments, going for a speed tier that isn't max speed will allow more EVs that can be put into bulk stats or simply more into your attacking stat for more damage output. These are all things you know as an experienced an advanced player, but as a beginner this is part of your homework and things you have to do to get better as a player!
