MS Forms - Handling non-required file upload questions

Описание к видео MS Forms - Handling non-required file upload questions

In a previous video (   • Power Automate and Microsoft Forms: S...  ) I showed how to take files uploaded to a Microsoft Form "File Upload" question and send them as an email attachment. However, you might have forms where you're using a file upload question but NOT requiring a file be attached. In that case, the flow will fail because it's always expecting there to be a file attached.

In THIS video, you'll learn how to use Scopes and the Configure run after property in Power Automate to make sure that the email still gets sent whether there are files attached or not.

Note that there are other ways to do this. My first thought was to use a Condition that checked if the file upload question was blank, but the solution in this video turned out to be easier to implement and more reliable. If you find another method that works better for you, go for it!

EDIT (6/29): This video shows another way to do this using a Condition:    • Power Automate Tutorial - Microsoft F...
