Vulfpeck have become one of the most interesting musical projects of the last decade. One of the most recognizable things about their music surely is the sound and that's why we wanted to add an episode about their drum sound to our Recreating Iconic Drum Sounds series. No matter if Theo Katzman or Jack Stratton is sitting behind the drums, the signature Vulfpeck sound is always there.
While planning the video we constantly stumbled across one of their side projects: The Fearless Flyers. There was no way to create this video without mentioning their drummer Nate Smith and so we decided to include one of their songs as well: Ace Of Aces.
