Friends welcome to this video series on Embedded System. Intel hexadecimal object file format or commonly known as Intel hex format is extensively used file format, to convey binary information. It is commonly used for programming microcontrollers and EPROMs. In your programming career, there will be many instances, where you really need to dig into understanding the generated machine code to find out some specific address or specific value are written there correctly or not.
