In Today over on YouTube I’m showing you how to make my creamy potato soup. This is one of the best soups in the winter time because it’s so cozy and it’s just so warming, especially when you are chilled to the bone by the snow and the wind. It’s also super easy to make and can keep into the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days and you can also freeze it for up to a month. I serve it with shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and chopped scallions.

INGREDIENTS:
3 pounds of golden or russet potatoes peeled and cubed into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup of butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
2 cup of half-and-half
7 cups of whole milk
2 tablespoon of better than bouillon chicken
1 tsp. of diamond kosher salt
1/8 tsp. of ground white pepper
2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
8 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
3 scallions finally chopped including the green part.
