In this tutorial we will have a look at textures, in particular the textures of walls, the textures of bricks, sandstone walls, drystone walls and wooden fences.

We will sketch and draw various walls, and I'll show you simple techniques for beginners to sketch and draw textures.

The tip here is that less is usually more. We don't have to draw and sketch every brick or sheet of wood.

In fact it's easier, simpler, quicker and more effective to apply a light texture - just sketching and drawing a few selected areas.
