There's Thai food everywhere you look here, and a great spot to eat is in the "beach eats" food court on the lower level of the Central Festival mall in Pattaya.

What's unique about this food court is the selection of Western food that's available. As you can see in the video, they were even offering slices of Turkey (I'm assuming intentionally in sync with the holiday season).

Right next to this food court is a grocery store that has an abundance of imported foods. In it, you'll be able to find pretty much everything you're looking for - from imported grass fed beef from New Zealand, to jumbo size containers of Kirkland (Costco) brand cashews.
