Mr Morj Saying 'The Raid Will Fail' for 3 Years Straight (short ver.)

With the end of Act 3 on the horizon (hopefully), will the raid fail theory end in failure?
Either way, it is time to add this piece of history to the One Piece community museum.

The full(er) version of this will be released after Act 3 ends (assuming I live that long).
