Yeti vs Lifetime Cooler // Testing solid ice, ice cubes, and ice packs over 13 hours

Battle of the coolers: Yeti 45 vs Lifetime 65 under the sun for 13 hours. We tried to take some objective measurements to evaluate the performance of each cooler. We use both coolers year-round in Canada and they each serve their purpose. A major flaw in our experiment: the coolers are different sizes and not packed full. It's known that filling the cooler properly will help maintain the internal temperature. We also did NOT pre-chill, which is recommended by both brands.

Our true verdict:
Truthfully, we probably wouldn't purchase a Yeti again. The Yeti comes with a steep price tag and it doesn't perform as well in our experience.
