“Tyo chin Tyo” is a cultural program held in Yomari Punhi by the local Newars of Kathmandu valley. The Yomari Punhi Festival, also known as Yomari Purnima, holds its roots in Newar culture, an indigenous community of the Kathmandu Valley.
