Welcome to Resource of the Week!

Today I'm sharing St Luke's Strengths Cards, an amazing and versatile resource that I've used with kids, adolescents, and adults in my practice. I use it for engagement and rapport building, self-esteem work, working on trauma processing, depression, anxiety, you name it and it's helpful.

We just don't learn how to focus on our strengths and positive qualities, and then when negative things happen in our lives, we focus not just on the negative situation, but on the negative qualities that we feel we have that could have contributed to that situation. What if we looked at it from a different angle? What if we focused on the positive qualities we have that allowed us to get through that situation?

How different would our focus be then? How different would our lives be?
