I hope you enjoy this video. This footage is actually the first or second thing I ever filmed for YouTube. I thought the footage was lost but I've since found it. I stored the filets in the freezer the whole time and took it out today to make the video. Hopefully it comes out OK 🤞🏽
One recipe I can almost guarantee I won't taste the fishy taste (you sometimes get with old fish) is Fish Cakes. Kind of like crab cakes but with......wait for it......Fish.
