আসসালামু আলাইকুম,,পুইশাকের সবচেয়ে সাধারণ রোগ হল পুইশাকের পাতার দাগ রোগ,এটি পাতার দাগ রোগটি Cercospora beticola নামক ছত্রাক দ্ধারা সংঘটিত হয়ে থাকে। রোগটি মূলত বীজ বাহিত। বাতাস, বৃষ্টি ও সেচের পানি দ্ধারা রোগটির জীবাণুর বিস্তার ঘটে থাকে। এ রোগ হলে প্রথমে পাতায় ছোট ছোট স্পট বা দাগ দেখা যায়।
পরবর্তীতে দাগগুলো একত্রিত হয়ে বড় আকার ধারণ করে। এক সময় পুরো পাতায় দাগ ছড়িয়ে পড়ে। তখন পাতার গুনগত মান নষ্ট হয়ে যায়। ধীরে ধীরে পুরো গাছ মরে যায়
১। বপনের আগে প্রোভেক্স ২০০ দ্ধারা বীজ শোধন করতে হবে। প্রতি কেজি বীজের জন্য মাত্র ২.৫ গ্রাম ছত্রাকনাশক ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
২। রোগের প্রাথমিক অবস্থায় আক্রান্ত পাতা উঠিয়ে ফেলতে হবে। রোগাক্রান্ত পাতা খাওয়াতে কোন অসুবিধে নেই।
৩। যদিও এ রোগ দমনের জন্য কোন নির্দিষ্ট ছত্রাকনাশক নেই। অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে বলছি, রোগের মাত্রা বেশি হলে কপার জাতীয় ছত্রাকনাশক যেমন: চ্যাম্পিয়ন ৭৭ wp, সানভিট ৫০ wp, সালফক্স ৫০ wp, জিবাল, কুপ্রাভিট, কুপ্রোক্স ইত্যাদির যেকোন একটি প্রতি লিটার পানিতে এক গ্রাম/মিলি হারে ব্যবহার করা যায়।
এছাড়াও কার্বেন্ডাজিম বা ডাইফেনোকোনাজল বা প্রোপিকোনাজল গ্রুপের ছত্রাকনাশক ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। পড়ন্ত বিকেল বেলায় স্প্রে করলে ভাল হয়।ছত্রাকনাশক ব্যবহারের আগে অবশ্যই খাওয়ার উপযোগী পাতা উঠিয়ে নিতে হবে। স্প্রে করার এক সপ্তাহ পর খাওয়ার জন্য পাতা সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
