Unfortunately for you us customers you're going to have to pay a pretty penny to ship it down to the States. The Toyota online parts depot store above does seem to give you this option when I go to the checkout. You can select "other" country besides Canada, type in United States and your address info, and then they will contact you for your shipping quote. I haven't done it but it appears it would work. Another option would be to use a third party cross border shipping service.

Normally this is a problem those living in Canada face since the US sells and manufacturers way more goods (less taxes, more entrepreneurship) but this is one example where for some reason Toyota dealers in the US have stopped selling these block heaters.
