EGGLESS Banana Bread | Worlds best Eggless Banana Bread recipe | Soft & Moist Banana Bread

Todays recipe is Eggless banana bread. This banana bread is very flavourful & the texture is beautiful and the aroma makes it irresistible. I also fold in some crushed walnuts because I love the bite they lend to the bread. You can also use some pecans and raisins. That would be so good!

Ingredients :-
Banana - 2 medium
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/3 cup
Vinegar - 1/4 tsp
Coffee - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Plain flour - 1 &1/2 cup
Baking powder -1&1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Walnuts - 1/3 cup
some walnuts for garnish
