3 cups water
1 sachet gulaman powder ( about 2 tbsp)
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
370ml all-purpose cream
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 bottle coconut jellly (nata de coco) in syrup
