One of viewers from my "How to save presets in Premiere Pro -    • How to save presets in Premiere Pro   " has asked the question in the comments saying that "What if "Save Preset" is greyed out. So, in this quick tutorial I'll explain why sometime Save Preset is greyed out and how to make sure it'll become available. Basically, if you'd right click on the mask of an effect rather than the effect itself, then the save preset will be shown but it'll be greyed out. So, you got to right click on the Effect itself and not the mask. I understand where the confusion comes from because why would Premiere Pro shows an option if it gonna always be greyed out and it's not the right way of selecting it in the first place!
