🌿 Meet Your Wellness Guide:
Emily (she/her) is a certified yoga instructor (Yoga Alliance + chair yoga) and a registered nurse with over a decade of clinical experience. After surviving a traumatic accident that left her with multiple spinal and pelvic fractures, she discovered The 3 Pillars of Health: Good Thoughts, Good Foods, Good Actions, which became her path to healing and supported her recovery during three months in a wheelchair (and well beyond).

Today, Emily specializes in chair-based yoga and low-impact fitness workouts designed for women 50+. Her compassionate, whole-body approach focuses on helping you feel strong, supported, and connected in mind, body, and spirit.

Students leave her classes feeling more confident, grounded, and ready to meet life’s transitions with grace and gratitude.
