Ingredients of Kumro Phuler Bora:
1. Pumpkin flower
2. Gram flour (4 tbsp).
3. Rice flour (2 tbsp)
4. Red cilli powder (¼ tsp).
5. Salt (¼ tsp).
6. Black cumin seeds (2 pinches).
7. Turmeric powder (¼ tsp).
8. Refined oil.

Methods of How to make Kumro Phooler Bora:
1. Take only pumpkin flower’s petal for making of pumpkin flower pakoda.
2. Take a mixing bowl.
3. Add 4 tbsp gram flour and 2 tbsp rice flour for batter.
4. Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, 2 pinches of black cumin seeds, and ¼ tsp salt.
5. Add some water and make smooth batter.
6. Heat the pan and add refined oil in it.
7. Deep the petal in batter and deep fry in oil.
8. Kumro phuler bora is ready. Serve hot with hot steamed rice or you can serve it as evening snacks.
