Dudura pitha recipe

Biri dal- 1 cup
Arua rice- 4cups
Jaggery -2cups
Salt, sounf, cardamom

Procedure 👉👉
👉Soak biridal, nd raw rice overnight, then grind biri dal by adding less amount of water, whisk a little
👉 grind the raw rice ,then add jaggery, cardamom to rice paste and again grind it to make a smooth batter.
👉Mix the rice jaggery batter with biri paste followed by adding little salt and saunf.
👉Heat oil, pour the batter into hot oil like malpua and deep fry till golden brown colour
👉Serve hot or cold as you like😃
