Hi Friends!

I wanted to share this quick and easy Chinese Won Ton recipe with you guys! It took less than an hour to make over 80 Won Tons! It also costs a fraction of the price as compared to purchasing them from supermarkets or restaurants. I tried a voice over and also added the instructions on the video, hope that made it easier to follow along! 😁 Also, comment down below what y'all want me to make next.

INGREDIENTS:
❀ 2 Frozen Won Ton Wrapper Packs (14oz)

Filling -
❀ 2 pounds of Ground Pork
❀ 2 bunches of Green Onion
❀ 1 pack of Frozen Chinese Leek (17.6oz)
❀ 1 block of Wood Ear Mushroom (approximately 2 cups)
❀ 2 Eggs
❀ 2 oz of Rice Wine
❀ 2 oz of Soy Sauce
❀ 1 - 2 tablespoons of Granulated Mushroom Bouillon

DIRECTIONS:
❀ Defrost the Won Ton and Chinese Leek
❀ Soak the block of Wood Ear Mushroom in water for about 20-30
minutes
❀ Chop up 2 bunches of Green Onions
❀ Add the 2 pounds of Ground Pork in a large bowl along with the Green Onions (Save some for the end), 2 eggs, 2oz of Rice Wine, 2oz of Soy Sauce, and 1-2 tablespoons of Granulated Mushroom Bouillon. Mix.
❀ Drain/rinse the Mushrooms, and put into a food processor. (Finely chop if you don't have a food processor)
❀ Finely chop the Chinese Leek. Add both the Leek and Mushrooms into the mixture
❀ Mix everything together. Microwave a small piece to try the flavor. Add additional spices/sauces as necessary

FOLDING DIRECTIONS:
❀ Take a piece of Won Ton Wrapper and add a small amount of filling to the center
❀ Carefully add water to the top 3 sides of the wrapper and fold in half
❀ Fold it in half again and bring the edges together at the bottom. Add water to close the Won Ton up

COOKING DIRECTIONS:
If fresh - Boil water and cook for 10-15 minutes (until the skin is transparent)
If Frozen - Boil water and cook for 15-20 minutes (until the skin is transparent)

❀ Add Chicken Stock to the broth along with the leftover Green Onions for more flavor! You can also add Sesame Oil to make it more fragrant.
❀ Enjoy!!! :D

Storage Details- You can freeze Won Tons up to 2 -3 months
