A Day Out in London

With the school holidays in full swing, we finally took the opportunity to have our very first family day out in London. It’s something we’ve put off for a long time—life and anxiety have often gotten in the way—but this time, me and my partner were in a good headspace, we managed our expectations, and it turned out to be a really lovely day with the kids.

For many families, this might seem like a normal outing. But for us, despite me being in London three times a week, the thought of navigating the city with the children used to fill me with dread. Thankfully, they were absolute rockstars.

We started off by taking the train to Battersea to check out @arcadefoodhall for a quick bite (and a sweet treat, of course). Then we jumped on a boat up the Thames to Embankment. From there, the kids walked all the way from Trafalgar Square to Green Park via Buckingham Palace—which is pretty impressive!

We hopped on a double-decker bus for a short ride to Hamleys, where the kids had a blast, and then wrapped up the day in Carnaby Street with stops at @donutelier and @coqfighteruk, where I tried the special collab with @drstingshothoney.

It was also the perfect chance for me to properly test out my @osmo_global in D-Log mode. Totally different content than I usually make, but it was a great way to get creative with my videography—and most importantly, enjoy a special day with the family.
